The Residenza L’Essenziale is on the first floor of a house with its own entrance, private outdoor parking, and immersed in the tranquility of the greenery of San Fermo della Battaglia in the province of Como.
The Residenza L’Essenziale offers its customers 3 double bedrooms, all completely independent and equipped with every comfort.
The only two shared rooms are: the dining room complete with all appliances and fully furnished, and the laundry / ironing room complete with washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying racks for clothes.
One double bedroom has a private balcony; all have private bathroom, double bed with mattress and two pillows, bedside tables, wardrobe, and small TV, independent heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi.
The dining room has a beautiful balcony that surrounds it with tables and chairs. Furnished with table and chairs, sofa, refrigerator, 2-burner induction plate, microwave oven, cookware, dishes, coffee machine, kettle and other small utensils (mixer, toaster, …).
There is a small but comfortable outdoor area with sofas and a table, which can also be used to leave bicycles and / or motorcycles.
The outdoor parking is private, and adjacent to the residence.
